who we are

 

My name is Adrian Ward, owner of Ashley House Consulting Ltd.

I am an independent consultant specialising in:

  • performance management
  • organisational development
  • change implementation

Prior to becoming independent, I was Head of Performance Management with the Lloyds TSB group and as such was accountable for raising the standard of people management across a blue chip financial services company employing over 80,000 people worldwide.

As well as specialist performance management know-how, I have over 20 years experience in leadership and organisational development, both as a line manager and HR specialist, and am a licensed practitioner of cultural change tools and techniques.

I have a Masters degree qualification in Organisational Behaviour and my research interests include the nature and impact of workplace politics on commitment, teamwork and bottom line performance.

I have an enduring passion for helping people to make their organisation a more challenging, dynamic and fulfilling place to be. I like to work with individuals and organisations who hate the status quo and are prepared to challenge themselves in fulfilling the potential of everyone around them. Above all, I like working with people who like people.
